Meet Joshua Enz Kwik Staff’s Business Development manager and father of 6.
When did you start working for Kwik Staff? I Started working for Kwik Staff in April of 2018.
What about Kwik Staff interested you applying? I was actually referred to Kwik Staff by my realtor, who knew Todd. He told me that it was a great company with high standards and felt I would enjoy the type of work that they had. I actually applied for a temp position when Todd called me back and asked if I was looking for clerical and would like to interview for a full time position in his office. I accepted and the rest is history.
What set of skills do you add to Kwik Staff to be a part of the core staff? My diverse work background allows me to bring a different perspective than some of the other staff. I have worked mainly in production and management but have a passion for marketing and ad development. I really enjoy the freedom to develop and publish our job ads as well as our newsletters.
What do you enjoy most about working for Kwik Staff? I love the fact that no two days are the same. There is always something to do to challenge myself to be better and do more each day. I love the fact that everyone in the office brings something to the table and our strengths complement each other.
Since you have worked here for almost 2 years now, has Kwik Staff met your expectations as a company and how? This is an interesting question. I did not know what to really expect when I first interviewed here. Now I am in a business development role that allows me the freedom of Marketing and advertising. They have completely blown my expectations out the window. I really enjoy what I do and coming to work each day.
What inspires you to continue to work every day to improve yourself and Kwik Staff? Really the staff themselves. I enjoy working in this office there is never a dull moment. I constantly have a chance to grow myself not only in my office position but as a person as well. Todd does not allow us to stay where we are at and wants us to continually grow and move forward.
What do you see yourself doing in 5-10 years for Kwik Staff? I really see myself moving forward in my role in business development and running and directing multiple staff to complete all the daily postings as well as job placement that has become part of my daily task. As Kwik Staff continues to grow being able to assess the job market and adapt to that change is going to be the key that allows us to stay a step ahead of everyone else
