OPERATOR

Performs various duties essential to the operation of a landfill-based renewable natural gas (RNG) production facility, which utlilizes mechanical systems to process landfi;; gas into pipeline quality RNG. These duties include monitoring, operating, maintaining , and optimizing a eide variety of assests and systems at assigned facility; collecting and analyzing samples; preparing and maintaining operating logs and reports; including performing other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities 

• Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and gas processing systems
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment
• Collect and analyze gas, liquid, and solid samples

Job Title: Custodial Staff Member

Salary: $14/HR

Job Type: FULL-time [40 hours per week evenings]

Position Summary: Currently seeking dedicated and reliable Custodial Staff Members to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of various county buildings and facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and healthy environment for both county employees and the public we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of custodial duties, including but not limited to:
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Emptying trash receptacles and recycling bins.
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, windowsills, and ledges.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in various welding techniques and fabrication, with the ability to work in a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment to produce high-quality welded components in accordance with industry standards. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing advanced welding methods, including MIG, TIG, FCAW, and plasma cutting.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, FCAW, and other welding techniques on various materials such as sheet metal, pipe, and structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications and procedures.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct fabrication tasks, including cutting, bending, assembly, and rigging, according to project requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances.
• Work with crane operators and rigging teams to move heavy materials safely around the construction site or manufacturing floor.
• Follow all safety protocols related to welding standards (including ASME codes & standards), mechanical operations, and site safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean work environment and perform routine inspections of welds for quality assurance.
